This is actually a little late but still relevant. So, the great folks over at Bandai Namco Korea released a straight build preview video of the HGAC Shenlong Gundam, which is slated to be released on September 10 (this Saturday as of this post).
Just from the thumbnail of this video, you can already see that all the metallic green parts, from those on the shoulders and the front torso armor, to the eyes of the Dragon Fang on its right arm, are all stickers. A little disappointing, but totally expected, especially those ones on the shoulders. Of course, there are also other parts that still needed paint outside of these stickers, but those are expected. I just appreciate how the yellow trim on the chest armor and collar piece are colored plastic pieces.
They also showed the even longer version of the Dragon Fang attack which requires extension pieces to be attached to the joints. These look great and I just hope these pieces won’t get loose over time.
