Despite most folks already back at work, I’m still on an extended holiday break since I’m in transition between jobs, which I’ll start next week. So, I’m using the time to catch up on things, including building kits and taking some photos. I intend to take some photos this week and, in the process, totally forgot that I’ve completed the HG Gundam Lfrith Pre-Production Model last weekend.
The build, overall, was straightforward, with minimum color inaccuracies that are easily fixed. Good thing I painted the decided to paint the metallic green and red parts first as the alternative is to replace them with stickers. And we all know what happens when we apply flat stickers on curved surfaces.
With this kit done, I’m ultimately left with just one kit from the Witch from Mercury line, the HG Gundam Lfrith Jiu, which appears to be even simpler than this one. But I’ll probably skip that for now as I do want to build the HG Gundam EX from Requiem for Vengeance. That is, after I’m done taking photos for this week.
