There has been a steady resurgence of Super Robot properties in the last several years. From Mazinger Z INFINITY to last year’s anime adaptation of Getter Robo Arc and to now as Go Nagai and Dynamic Planning is teasing or actually announcing that a new Grendizer project is in the works.
The project is currently revealed as Project G and there’s nothing much else that we know outside of the name as more information is scheduled to come out by 2023. What they did announce, though, is an international contest to design new Saucer Beasts, or the enemy monsters Grendizer fights. You can check out the details and contest rules here, but winners can get as much as $10,000 besides having the design be featured in the aforementioned new project.
