Another weekend went and I was able to build the other HGUC Gundam as you can see below. They are very much identical, with one part making a minor difference, at least before I stick the “patchwork” armor panels.
The only different part is the Hyper Bazooka mount at the back of the hip amor. I’m permanently fixing the mount for the vanilla Gundam build while I’m putting the flat panel cover for the patchwork armored version. Speaking of the patchwork armor, I’ve started painting the pieces and making adjustments to better attach them to the Gundam. My next work-in-progress post should cover this.
