Thanks to the benefit of a simpler color layout, modern kit engineering, and great parts separation, I am more or less done building the main body of the HG Gundam Aerial Rebuild.

There were only a few areas where I needed to apply paint for color correction. These include some vent areas on the shoulder armor and the vent-like details on the feet. As with most High Grades, the weapons and accessories tend to get shorter sticks and some of the GUND-Bits/Bit Staves will likely need some color correction. As for the backpack/flight unit, I’m still undecided on whether to paint the internals of the lower thrusters in black since you’re inserting a Bit Stave to each for the Bit-on form.
In any case, I’m still on track to finish the kit this week, barring any tendencies to be lazy procrastinate. Also, I’m still crossing my fingers to be included in the first print run of HG Gundam Calibarn.
