Things aren’t slowing down on the Transformers side of things as we’ve been getting a deluge of Optimus Prime figures, with several of them based on the original G1 design. Fortunately for me, things are slowing down when it comes to Iron Man, primarily thanks to his absence in the MCU, so more of the comic book designs are getting the spotlight figure-wise.
And I just got two recently.

Arriving within the last month or so are these two: the Marvel Legends Iron Man Model 13 “Hulkbuster”, which is basically what everyone refers to as the comic book design; and the One:12 Collective Iron Man Model 8 “Silver Centurion”, which is a retool of their original Iron Man figure (LOOK: #2001 / One:12 Collective / “Invincible” Iron Man Model 4). Both are considered classic comic book designs and having modern versions in this scale is much appreciated.
As far as Hulkbuster goes, it took a long while before we got a modern representation of this design. In fact, many collectors, including myself, got the Marvel Select version as a placeholder until this guy was announced. I am very much keeping that figure though this one will be the definitive representation of this armor.
Hasbro released a Marvel Legends Silver Centurion armor within the last couple of years, so those who wanted a completely comic-accurate version can opt for that figure. This version has all the bells and whistles expected from a Mezco One:12 Collective release, and I do appreciate the more mechanical-looking design.
