It’s not clear whether this was intentional on the part of writers and producers behind Michael Bay’s Transformers movies, but the fandom generally agrees that over the span of these six movies, Optimus Prime has gradually transformed from a revered Autobot leader into a homicidal maniac. It’s been a running joke among fans no thanks to multiple lines such as “Any last words?” or “You Die!” (or some variation of this) or “You defend my family or die!” He also has a thing for ripping faces or blowing the heads of his enemies.
