I recently got the Transformers Legacy: Evolution Amazon-exclusive “Humble Origins” two-pack of Senator Shockwave and Data Clerk Orion Pax. And I immediately sold off Senator Shockwave because I just wanted the Orion Pax figure, a retool of Siege Hound.
And although we’re not getting as much Orion Pax as we are getting a lot of Optimus Primes lately, it wasn’t that long ago since the Transformers Legacy “A Hero is Born” two-pack of Alpha Trion and, you guessed it, Orion Pax. The figures in the “A Hero is Born” set were based on their appearance in the original cartoon while Data Clerk Orion Pax over here is likely based on one of several IDW designs throughout its run. In fact, it has similarities to Optus Pexus from Mastermind Creations who’s also meant to evoke Orion Pax.
But, and as I’ve placed in the caption above, I have no plans of changing the Iron Man display on my desk. Though I’ll probably keep Data Clerk Orion Pax over there for temporary storage, and display.
