For MCU Iron Man collectors, Comicave Studios represents a reminder of an unfulfilled promise: completing the full Iron Legion from Iron Man 3 in proper 1/12 scale. While said promise was never fully realized, Comicave Studio’s efforts weren’t in vain. They managed to release high-quality figures of armors that mainstream manufacturers overlooked. Notably, their Omni Class line included Iron Man Mark 33 “Silver Centurion” — the MCU interpretation of the iconic comic book armor.

A notable feature of the 1/12 Omni Class line is the amount of die-cast content in each figure. Silver Centurion is made from 75% die-cast and while this doesn’t guarantee quality, it does give a premium feel to the figure. This is further complemented by the striking red candy paint coupled with silver highlights, an unmistakable visual cue of the Silver Centurion armor. Articulation is decent, with some joints offering extended movement while others are restricted due to the LED light-up optics and Arc Reactor. And while the die-cast construction can also impact joint tolerances, Silver Centurion looks rather impressive in a neutral stance. Accessories are modest, including interchangeable hands, blast effects for both hands and legs, and a pair of gauntlet blades.
