BLOG: Ptimo 1/2 PLA Robi

Ptimo 1/2 PLA Robi DeAGOSTINI is currently releasing a subscription-based magazine where each issue comes with parts to build a robot. The robot is called Robi and actually looks cute for what it is. However, those who don’t want to wait for issues to complete the build, or just wanted to have a simple build experience altogether, may opt for this option.

As part of their Ptimo line, Fujimi is releasing a half-scale version of this guy as PLA Robi. The kit will stand at 17cm and doesn’t require either paint or glue to complete, much like a typical Gundam kit. Robi’s original designer, Tomotaka Takahashi, supervised the development of this kit so it’s essentially the same as its larger counterpart minus the electronics.
